Hi, I am 32 yr old WORKING PROFESSIONAL in night shift since last few MONTH I AM EXPERIENCING HIGH HEART BEAT, FRUSTRATION, Enxity. last night I was trying to sleep, suddenly I woke up and my heart beat was too much high my body was VIBRATED also.. Feel like earth quake.. It happens in night only some times.. Last time in bus also I was sleeping and suddenly driver pushed the brake and I DISTURBED and woke up and my heart was pumping so high.. So sir my question is this is normal or should I go for Any checkup or treatment also?? I AM FEELING THIS FROM LAST APPROX 1 YR.. Thanks RISHI

Since u r having this problem for abt a year better to have a cardiac evaluation done.If u have any sleep disturbances it has to b treated and night shift avoided if necessary.Also get a throid evaluation done.
