Last month I had my heart beat rate checkup every week. It used to range from 100-110 bpm. This week I went for a checkup and it ranged between 85-95 bpm. I have recently started running as an exercise. But I am also getting concerned about the constant sharp pain between my shoulder blades at the back at night time since past three days. It occurs only at night time. Is it something serious? I'm worried

5 years ago, I have been suffering from chest pain and shortness of breath. So, I took an ECG test and the result is positive. The result says I have a heart disease. But I went to a doctor afterwards and she said there's nothing wrong with my heart. Until now I'm suffering from chest pain and I think it got worse. My lower left chest hurts everytime, it's even painful when I swallow. Sometimes, my left arm hurts too and i easily get tired. What seems to be the problem? And could the ECG result be wrong?

I'm laying in bed and i have had chest pains for about 10 minutes. i get them all the time and i went to the doctor and they didn't really say much. it's really painful and i would like to know how to stop it. i have read about acid reflux and stuff like that, but i would like to get a little more understanding of the whole thing.
