My HS-CRP is 5.03 and Apo B / Apo A1 ratio is 0.9 and triglycerides 220 with tc/ hdl ratio 5 Does this indicate blocked arteries

No. Lot of misconceptions of cardiac disorders. High cholesterol do not always indicate block arteries. It requires angiogram as direct evidence or ecg echo abnormalities for indirect evidence.
