I have gone through the lipid profile test and my age is 31. Total cholesterol is 333. LDL - 203 Triglycerides - 459 I have changed my routine and started brisk walking and taking garlic and vitamin c now Do I need to take any cholesterol cutters (medicines) or will a regular routine will work?

Hello, I am 30 years old male and having hypertension medication for last 5 years. Currently I am having CTD C 12.5/10 once daily. My concern is, I am planning for a high altitude trek/trip around Leh,India (Avg height 3500-5500 m) after four months. Considering the generic AMS symptoms due to less oxygen in air, will this be a matter of concern ? Do I need to take any separate precaution or any previous planning ? NOTE: I have been to these altitudes before multiple times (last went 3 years back) and didn't face any issue. Advance thanks for any suggestions.

I would like to know If i can take any betablocker (metoprolol/propanolol or atenolol) only as needed, usually when my heart rate stays over 100 (sitting position) for few hours after a vigorous exercise.

Some time randomly I feel like I skip a breath or it becomes shallow for a fraction of a second and then becomes normal. I got the ECG done, it was normal apart from Tachycardia which was because I was panicked while laying there.
