Heart Problems & Remedies

Have to take fluids pills for the rest of my Days here on Earth the heart attack damaged lower left wall of heart.i donor have money to pay for help.

I had a D'cold Total yesterday afternoon for my fever and cold and after a while the fever was gone but since yesterday evening I constantly feel like yawning but I cant, like every minute I have a need to take long breath. I looked it up on the net and it suggests shortness of breath( I also used artificial tears for my dry eye this morning). Today I checked my respiratory rate on a google app and it shows between 19-24. And my heart rate has increased too. I am in a state to travel in train to get home and then see a doctor? Please answer.

I've smoked weed from being a teenager until I gave up all smoking when it was picked up that I had a heart murmur and had to have a mechanical mitral valve replacement surgery a year ago.I stopped the previous year.I really miss smoking and want to start again,however I can't find any professional advice on the risks.I did not have anything wrong with me such as heart attack or disease and its bit of a mystery why I had the murmur. Is there a greater risk to me versus someone with a "normal" heart? I am on warfarin for the rest of my life and also take a lot of medication for chronic pain from joint hypermobility syndrome and sciatica. Strong pain killers,nerve blockers,thyroid meds,muscle relaxers,beta blockers,alot.

I have been suffering from fast heart rate since i was 11 (now im 22). For the last two years it has began to affect my day to day life. Including studies and work. I will get out of breathe so easily, sweat and have hot flushes and very dizzy at times to the point where i will almost black out. My ecg showed a heart rate of 170 which is most of the time including during my sleep. My rythem is normal but it is this fast heart rate all the time that is making my life difficult. Im on beta blocker now but do you think there is a issue that is being overlooked here? Thank you

I have been suffering from chest pain ( below the throat in the middle point and behind the ribs ) while walking a little far or when in tension .The pain is very congestive in nature and seems that i shall die immediately ..i also suffer from diaphoresis..the pain gradually relieves with rest..i also noticed that during empty stomach if i walk the pain do not occur but if i eat or drink tea before i start walking then the pain starts.initially i thought that it may be due to gas problem but now i think the reason is something else. my age is 28 and also my BP is little high 130/90 but it raises to upto 160/90 mmhg during stress and tension and my weight is around 76kg and hight 5'5".kindy help me...i have done echo ecg (after taking rest)but both are normal.

I have been noticing that my left side of body gets small shooting/burn like pain for a few seconds and then it goes off. I feel that my heart at times races faster than normal and I feel slight uneasiness as well.

I had IHD 40 years back. I never experienced chest pain or any sort of discomfort either at that time or all through these years . I take Ismo 10 mg, Aten 50 ,ASA 50 mg since 40 years. I had diabetes type ii 4 years back.Do i am now 74 years . Do i have to undergo TMT now, as i am growing older. Is it a must ? or do you suggest any other test?.Kindly advise.
