Constant left chest pain

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am having left chest pain from 2 days, sometimes it goes to left ribs and then to shoulder, sometimes below breast but only in left side and i am having acidity and indigestion as well but when nothing is paining from indigestion, still i feel discomfort in left chest and pain. i am taking antacid medicine and feeling increased heart rate
