Hi my blood pressure is 162/78 and again I check it increase 173/84.i M 18 my weight is 140.i do gym and take supplements

I've been having a fluctuating type of chest pain. The pain often fluctuates around right and left side of my chest. Every morning I feel a subdued chest pain on the left but with the course of time it vanishes. I am male, aged 29 and have a BMI 32. I am facing this since last 6 to 8 months.

I have been suffering from Centre Chest pain, sometimes abv breast area,shoulder,left hand pain,shortness in breathing,tiredness,anger,irritation, tension,fear,motions 2-3 times a day,cramps in left hand ,heart burn

I want to know the best doctor for heart transplant for my father....Doctor said for heart transplant after test of some reports.

My father have been having chest pain for few years.So he consulted a doctor and got his ETT and Angiogram done.The result is 90 percent stenosis in mid LAD after D1 .LCX is non domi ant and normal.RCA is dominant and normal.He has good LV systolic function with EF:64 percent (on echocardiogram) So the final diagnosis is single vessel coronary artery disease and good LV systolic function (on echocardiogram) My question is, does he need an immediate operation?
