Chest pain

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I've been having chest pains for about an hour. But I also have really bad anxiety and panic disorder. So could it be a panic attack? I'm only a 17 year old female so a heart attack doesn't seem realistic. That or indigestion, it burns and I keep burping but it also feels like stabbing on the middle and left side which scares me.

Definitely ay age of 17 chances of heart attacks are very rare though not impossible However should take one ecg during pain amd rest as u told it may be a panic episode and agrrevated with acid peptic disease
