I am having High BP From Starting Now suddenly Getting Flurry Feeling At My heart . I have Take Test of my sugar and All. All The Reports Are Saying Normal But I am Feeling Flurry At My Heart So What Could Be The Problem or Disease ??

I had a BP reading mesuring 150 - 90 before 1.5 year and doctor had advised me to start taking talmisartan 40 mg which i am regularly taking since lat 1 .5 year. Now my BP readings are 142- 84 . My second son diagnosed with a large vsd when he was 7days old following a murmur detected when he was born (April 22, 2017). Pead. Cardiologist suggested open heart surgery at 3rd month. Now he's one month old hasn't gained much weight increased about 20gms. Was 3.15kg April 22 when born and now May 23 3.35kgs. Kindly help. Couldn't breast feed so bottle fed baby and has short breadth. Now on lasix.
