Hello doc I m having a BP of 150/90 regularly Having a pain in lower chest Feeling a bit of vomiting Pain in the right side of chest near to heart A bit of numbness right hand

Is there any other method apart from angiography to detect blockages​ I have pinning sensation near upper chest for last 2 months Thanks

Hello I consulted a neurologist  for second time for neck pain dizziness when he checked my bp it was 150/90 and pulse 130 he asked some questions about me he had prescribed me gaba300 and prolol 40 and nexito plus for one month daily one tablet is it good to use them for second time ,doc said that be happy every thing is normal ,what should I must do please give me the right suggestion to consult the Wright doctor

My heart has been beating very fast. I'm a healthy 20 year old, my average resting heart rate is in mid 60s currently is high 80-100 varies every couple minutes. I've been a little dizzy and very shaky. 2 days ago, I coughed and had extreme pain in my chest, but it went away after a couple minutes and hasn't happened again.
