Triglycerides value is 544, hdl 28, ldl 118, vldl 108, total cholesterol 187, hba1c 7.2, fbg 138, ppbg 250 on thyroid and BP medicines, what is the treatment?

Constantly heaviness in chest - breath in is easy but feeling toughness when breathing out, giddiness, pain in upper back in between shoulders, headache, sometimes feeling unconsciousness, we have consulted so many doctors and did so many tests, x rays, ecg, master health check ups, whole body bone scan, etc all the test results are normal and except calcium deficiency, but my problem still persists after 4 months also, after medication I will be alright for some days and again same problem will reoccur, all the doctors suggest the same thing do not think a lot, please suggest me what these symptoms relates to and any remedies for this

Hello doctor, my name is Neeraj living in Pune and I was getting high heart beats last night and I was unable to sleep.Till in the morning today also I m getting palpitations.what could be the reason for these? I had taken biryani as a dinner yesterday and I don't have any medical history nor in my family as well. Also my blood pressure was normal when I checked 15 days ago.

Respected Doctors, Recently my father suffered a rib injury which left a small crack on the lower left rib. Now he is recovering. After 15 days of rest, an orthopedic doctor prescribed him Bone Back Tablets which has contents like Cissus Quadrangularis and Moringa Oleifera. I would like to know if it is recommended to have the prescribed medicine because my father takes blood thinning tablets like Acitrom. Somewhere I read that Moringa Oleifera may thicken the blood and it is not recommended. So can you please shed some light on this? Thanks. Vijith Nair

Hello Doctor. Today at Evening, My Father got a Pain attack in the Chest and then he went to a Hospital. Make an ECG Test there. and come back. But Ecg report has a problem in it. it seems all nerves are working well Except One nerve. it may stopped. and after Some time...He had a pain in his Left Forearm. I am very Scared Doctor. Please help me to find this Problem. My Father thinking that they are "Heart Attack Symptoms". I hope thats Not Right. Please solve my query. ThankYou.

There is pain in my left chest from last night which made me difficult to sleep ..in the day i felt like heaviness in my left chest

I feel great pain in my heart when i sleep on left side and breath. I think there is some vein that hurts.

I have been having regular pain at left side of chest for one week . As after cardiac test the problem that came into notice is Sinus bradycardia with Sinus arrhythmia and Hyperacute T waves. Indication is shown as breathlessness as heartbeat is 58. TIPI probability of ACI is 9%. So I would like to consult about my above said problems. I will appreciate if you consider this and reply soon . Hoping positively. Thanks
