My father has fast chest pain last two or three days last 6 yrs he has a heart attack and take medicines from a cardiologist

The last three days I've been getting random sharp pains in my upper arm where my arm meets my shoulder movement of the arm doesnt affect it it just comes randomly. When the pain is present my left arm feels weak and pain can shoot down my upper arm at football last night and it seemed to be worse although again not through any movement of my arm

Sir my heart beat suddenly increase and reach to 140 per minute also increasing bp. I also used anxiety tblets
