Blood pressure
I have many variation in blood pressure , at monday it was 122/80, Tuesday 132/90 and Wednesday 140/75. (DURING MY EXAMS ONE MONTH AGO IT WAS 150/90) My physician says i am taking too much stress about it , how can i control my bp , I have been on diet and exercise since 2 months.
