My age is 30 M. I am facing problem with Prolomet XL 25, l had BP problem from last year once my BP reached upto 175 / 120 only at once. Doctor suggested me Telma 40 and one other medicine for 7 days.

Sufferring form last 3 years. With chest
Chest pain, palpitations, pain radiating left arm. uneasiness after eating or doing any exercise. Sudden increase in heart rate. All heart test like echo,TMT,chest Xray, Angiograpy, Even Cardiac MRI are normal.
Almost after every pain I have done ECG (normal multiple times)except few with certain elevations. Doctors say My heart is fine.
