Point pain in left & right side of chest

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi i m 28 years male. I have been feeling a pain in the left side of my chest 4" down my inside part of shoulder. And at the back of my left shoulder too. It seems to pain on few specific points only, not the entire chest area.. sometimes the pain goes in the right side for few seconds.. i have been observing my Blood presurre and it's 80/120
