Feeling uneasiness in chest and pain in left hand. I have diabetes, thyroid and spineloitis. ECG shows signs and TMT is mild positive, what should we do next?

I am having pain in my left arm since yesterday​. I had a pain killer last night - myotop p but no improvement seen in fact I had gotten worse this morning

I am experiencing a dull pain which lasts for a few hours on the left side of my chest (spot where the heart is). Also, feeling slightly lethargic. No other issue as such.

I am having chest pain, little it comes and goes. Recently I did my full body check, where my SGPT and SGOT was more. Hemoglonin low and hypoglycaemia. In X-ray report showed cardiomelagy. Age 34

Sir/Madam, My son was 1yrs Old. He has heart  prob. of i.e. reversion,his heart does not work properly,and has breathing prob Doctors suggest me to see him to pediatric,surgery but due to some delay he is no more I want to ask after surgery will he fully recover,is surgery 100% solution to him pls,give me proper suggestion becuase I blame myself for his death.

Hi when we have visited our family doctor in my home town, they made treadmill test and Doctor suggested to do Coronary Angiogram. Please advice me regarding the same.

From last 3 days my bp is fluctuating,it is average 125/95 with pulse between 90 to 96. Feeling little lethargic with little heaviness in breathing. It is flutuating as i have tracked 5 to 6 times in a day,it is sometime 127/91 n sometime 130/100 but average 125/95. Pls advise. I donot have any previous history or meducation for same however i have observed that my diastolic bp is always comes around 85 to 95 and systolic bp is within 120.

My father had bypass surgery 1 month ago, now we can hear oozing/gushing pain from the incision, there is no pain or pus or discharge. Just the sound, is this a cause of concern?
