I am 68 (Male). Queries: Open Heart surgery or Minimal Invasive surgery (MICS)? What valve should I use, Mechanical or Tissue? I am having Atrial Fibrillation, will it continue? I got to know from a Cardiac Surgeon that tissue valve lasts only 5 years for AF patients. Please suggest.

Im quite worried. I went for cardiological testing to see if i have inherited heart problems, i had to partake in a spit test, about 2 days before some friends and i were celebrating and i tried marijuana. Will it show up if they're not testing for it?

I can walk maximum 500meter with pain from last 12yrs.rt. leg was operated and setup 3 stents and balloonangioplasty and lt.leg Bipasha surgery was suggested if nacecity arises. Now I feel pain in rt.side stent place and swelling in the front side ankle,and also some problems in lt. leg.
