Reducing Blood pressure meds
A year a go i was told i was hypertension and need to have a BP med maintenance pill. my bp that time was around 140/90. i had change my lifestyle and now my BP is low like 105/70 sometime lower. that was resting... im taking amlodephine 5mg... i want to reduce or quit on it. please help

in all probability u didnt require medicine fir bp when kt was first started. thats why now you have low bp.
stop medicine and mentain a chart for 15 days. after that a decision can be taken.
