I Nawal Kishore Tiwari age 63 year, high’ 5’6” and weight 68kg approximately. having High Blood pressure since long and time to time a doctor's are changing the Tablets. Presently taking TELSTAR H (morning) and STAMLO BETA at evening.

RBBB dont occur due to family tension. It is usally considered normal finding at ypur age in the absence of any symptoms.
