Hello sir . I am suffering from heart blockage problem.in those days i realize some more problem in early morning .i have pain between my chest in every early morning and i have very dufficulty in breathing and trusty in those time period .

have you already undergone coronary angiography? of yes post the pictures.
you seem to have typical angina.
if you have still not undergone angiogram then do a stress test first that is TMT( treadmill test)
