Iam having 530 triglycerides and iam 49 years old. Please suggest me what to do now. I am having triglycerides since some 8 -9 years and i have seen variations in my triglycerides level. Iam a diabetic patient since 10 years. Please suggest me some diet plans. My sugar levels are normal.

Ive been on a diet for almost a month now. I used to eat a lot of sugary things and consume around 3000 calories daily however now i am consuming 1400 daily. I dont know if its something to do with that but for the past week ive been feeling very hungry even after i just ate and my heart and chest has been hurting.

Hi I am 28 years male. My first blood pressure reading is always high. Last 2 days I went to hospital to check my BP. The 2 days first readings are high. 1st day 1st reading is 148/98 . 1st day second reading is 129/91. 2nd day 1st reading is 158/103. Second day second reading is 138/92. Doctor wants me to put on BP medications. But I am scared to take because of young age and side effects. Please advice me which BP reading I should consider and whether I should take the medications or not.

28 Yrs Male, Had a Acute PE before two months. During that time BP was normal when on PE symptoms was only shortness of breath. How can we prevent PE, DVT after 1st Event. How frequently I have to test I have a DVT or PE. Does Ayurvedha/Siddha has permanent cure for this?. How to reduce the Stress created because of PE/DVT.

Excessive dryness in both the legs, Small Red patches(blood clots) in both the legs, breathing issues but not constant. It was not before Bad breath , body odur. Lethargic and tiredness. Change in nail colour. These are the little symptoms which worries me if somthing is wrong within me.

I have been diagnosed with dilated LV and LA with LVEF 35% and grade 1 LV dysfunction. I am taking Metalor 25mg BD for last 2 days. I have taken and second opinion and the doctor has advised me to take Cardevilol 3.125mg 1/2 tablet BD. Please advise if I should choose Cardevolol to Metalor.

I have pain in the left side of chest and left shoulder since many months now. Its getting a bit worse by the day. I also have congestion in the nose which I haven't treated yet but due to which there is cough inside. Please let me know if the chest pain is due to the cough or its related to heart? I also used to smoke a lot but have reduced it to one or two a day now. I use bike to travel.

Sometimes i feel mild pain in my upper left side of the chest.Don't have any other complications.3 months before did blood test and it was found my C-reactive protein (CRP) is 7.57 which is high. Please give suggestions on this regard.

Three days ago, in the morning i had a fever( i didn't have fever before that), since the same evening I am having shortness of breath. Yesterday I went to the doctor, he took some tests. ECG and x ray were normal, but in widal test, it showed that i have typhoid and i got admitted in the hospital, it's been one day and i dont have fever but i feel short of breath every time i do little physical activity. I also read on the net that shortness of breath with typhoid is a serious complication and usually occurs in the third week of illness. Please enlighten me on this
