Last 2-3 days i have chest pain in left side with Left hand and pain moves to left hand wrist it looks like squeeze my chest sometimes it should be feeling like some body pin niddle in my chest and pain also goes in back side. before six month i am feel pain like a small heart attack

5 months before my heart rate was 94-96 and i got palpitation,on that day my BP was 150/100, Doctor given me metaporol xr and after four weeks my BP was 140/90, So doctor changed the medicine ,it's (s).Metaporol+ telmisartan 40 mg once a day ( morning). I have been taking it from last four months, from last 26 days my BP in the morning before taking medicine 110/70 and evening 120/70 after taking.my Heart Rate while Resting 52-56,while standing 60-66 while lying down it's constantly 52bpm. I am occasionally smoke​ and drinks. Can I stop my medication or reduce medication.Can i have two drinks occasionally?. I am obese, doing walk and excercice most of the day in the week.i don't have any symptoms that reduced BP.

Been experiencing pain near d chest area, it comes and goes every now and then. Needle like pain no other pain in the arm or anything.

I am having chest pain very frequently these days some times it is below the left aide of the cheat. some times left back side. when I am having pain I am consulting doctor but they are saying these problem is not heart prob. when I am having pain it is very difficult to breath. ECG, 2D echo is normal. plz help me out of this. which doctor I should consult. my BP is 140/100...sometimes 130/80. Now a days feeling week and tired while talking also.

This September I turn 30 yet I feel like I'm turning 80. I already have gray hair that I've had since I was 20. I have arthritis in my right elbow (I fractured it as a child). Now I have heart palpations and my heart races sometimes. Heart problems, early gray hair, and early arthritis all run in my family. It's just I want to behave like a 30-year-old I want to exercise I want to enjoy things. Seems everytime I get excited though my heart starts palpitating and/or racing. When my heart races or palpitates I sometimes have chest pain and/or shortness of breath. I've changed my diet to more healthy foods but I'm afraid to exercise as I'm afraid it's going to get my heart racing which I don't want to happen. Right now I only go for one slow walk once a day. I feel like I'm behaving like I'm 80 instead of 30. Do you have any advice on how I can improve my heart health? I just feel way too young for heart problems.

I have been having Cardiac pain like pinning with needle since from last week and is coming after continuous work like cooking and other miscellaneous house work.

Heart beats increase before sleeping, sometimes heart pains, when i keep hand in heart it feels to me that heart beat has slowed down than normal. Sometimes when i take deep breathe it feels that pain near heart area
