My recent annual checkup reports show that I have a LV apical clot in size 1.0cm * 1.3cm. I looked this up, and all articles I have read say that this clot arises after an acute myocardial infraction. I have no history of any heart problems. Is this right? Or does the clot occur even without AMI. Is it possible that the report is wrong?

Onset of pain on left arm and left side chest for whole day. Difficult to fall asleep at night. The pain would subside only if I slept on my stomach.

Doctor, I m a 22 year old female.I m 169 CMS height and 78 kg in weight.I go for a brisk morning walk daily for 35-45 minutes( started from one week).During walking the pulse rate comes to about 136 BPM.Is it normal?But the problem is that even after rest of half an hour my pulse rate is 90-96bpm.Is there any problem with this? On normal days(without any excercise) pulse rate is 65-78 bpm.It takes a long time for me to come to normal pulse rate after an excercise.What is the normal pulse rate.I do not have any other symptoms like short breath or tiredness.I feel refreshed after 40 minutes of brisk morning walk.

ECG abnormal Inferolateral ischemia but TMT and 2D echo found normal . What could be the reason . Please suggest further treatment . Cholesterol and triglycerides are above 240
