will have to tell details like
1. what symptoms your father had
2. what was the ECG at that time
3. what was blood test ( troponin levels)
4. whats the echo
5. what are his current symptoms
6. how long back did he have attack
we have to answer all these questions to come to a conclusion, until then any advice given by anyone can not be scientific
