Abnormal cbc (thrombocytosis & high rbc)

Question

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Experiencing some dizziness and chest pains. Also experienced episodes of amaurosis rugax. Ive also noticed that my clubbing. My cbc results show persistent elevated rbc and platelet counts. PBS result shows abnormal rbc morphologies, clumping of platelets and immature myelogenous cells.
