Hi, my husband recently felt dizzy on 2-3 mornings and we started monitoring his blood pressure. It has been in the range of 130-150/90-100 in the past 3-4 days. There is a family history (maternal) of bp and diabetes. He is obese (5.11 feet -109 kg) and has a moderately high stress job. Please suggest if we should start medication right away or try lifestyle modification first.

I have been getting severe cough from past 8-10 days. There is severe unrest in chest too. Unable to sleep even if I try to sleep in slant position.
