Hi , TSH 4.7 T3 1.15 and T4 9.80 LDL 105 HDL 50 Total Cholesterol 171 and Triglycerides 125. Glucose 92 Fasting and 129 after Lunch. 2D Echo and TMT are Normal. These are my test results and I am having heart palpitations before falling in sleep. Do I need to take any medication ?

Triglycrides is 403mg/dl is it serious condition. Which medicine is control the Triglycrides.

Sir, my mother under went a bypass surgery and got her valve replacement and completed 10 years. now her face is swelling whenever she wakes up from sleep.so please let me know the reasons and measures to be taken.

From the last night i have feel very light pain in my chest left side or middle only for 10-15sec. After that i am ok. This is happens all the day with me .pain comes for 5-10 sec or goes. I have go to normal doctor he is suggest me for ECG . He has seen my ECG report he says all is ok you have no problem. and he give me gelusil (acidity relif)syrup and omeprazole capsules IP. So i want to know my treatment is ok or i will go for another doctor.

I was playing hockey and went to sit on the bench. I started to feel dizzy when there was a pain in my heart and then it felt like a ball flow through the bottom of the heart valve. Afterwards, I felt dizzy and weak. Drove home and went to sleep. The next day felt ok and went to the dr.
