ITT is positive for ECG of provocable myocardial ischaemia..... no cardiac symptoms for IHD....age 48

Ostium secundum ASD (size - 8mm) with left to right shunt. Age - 9 days Weight- 3kg Birth weight- 2.88 kg

Sometime when I seat on the couch doing nothing and suddenly my heart beats and has like 120 bpm, my regular heart rate moves around 60-70. I did a 24 hour holter check that found VPB's and 4 PAC's. That week when my heart rate raises like that I also feel dizzy and really weak and sometimes I want to vomit.

Hi I have been experiencing little pain in my chest, neck and hand from a few day. I got this ECG done. Can you please suggest if I have any cardiac problem? I also had been feeling a lump in my throat and had acidity as well which went off with medication. But pain in my chest is not relieved. I feel very uncomfortable through out the day.

I've been diagnosed with DVT ,my left leg has been swelled up for a week now ,my doctor has suggested me to either opt for a conservative approach ie. medication or go for a surgery ,which of the two shall I go for taking into the consideration the complications associated.
