Heart Problems & Remedies

Since a yearr my triglycerides are increasing day by day..fro 180 it has reached to 320. I have taken many precautions.but it is not decreasing...please help me..I m worried

Father got attack 1 and 1/2 yr back recently done with holder test and medicine.please suggest me what exactly to do.

Sometime I feel heavyness in my between my left pectoral in that area sometimes feels pain for a second and goes and feel something moving in that area some times this move pain  down to heart area but not middle part of chest this pain move especially in 1or 2 small part of chest for second and this pain is sharp this pain comes any time  but not when I wake up in morning . I don't have any symptoms like shortness of breath,heart racing etc.but I have some dizziness, jelly like feeling in legs. Etc  And I also facing pain in my back and left shoulder. I am suffering from anxiety and panic attacks from last few months. So my questions is this symptoms is heart related or anxiety related .if its anxiety related then when I not feel anxious that time also accure this symptoms? Its normal? .I am just 19 year old collage going boy and I don't have any bad habit. So plz give suggestio.

I have VSD (Ventricular Septal Defect) & want to know if it is ok for me to take the medication Clonidine 0.1mg.

My father had undergone CABG in 2012 at apollo hospital Secbad. Recently we identified that he is feeling tired even in a small walk and also feeling sleepy most of the leasure time. We have planned for a whole body checkup tomorrow at Vijaya Daignostics. 1.My doubt is that, Can we again do TMT test for him? or should v first consult doctor and move according to his prescribed tests? 2.
