Knots in left calves always feeling numbness left chest,arm and neck burning and pain

For over a year I have had issues with my heart not beating at regular pase. This lasts for short periods about 5-20 minutes each and it happens about 3-7 times a day. During these periods I can feel a tension in the heart, almost as if it is tightening and it gets hearder to breathe. What is interesting to note is that I run 4-5 times a week and I can workout without difficulties breathing. Blood pressure and heartrate is normal when not having the irregular beats.

I have been feels heart beats increases some times at night when go to bed and after eating

Hi doctor, I felt pain on the both side of the breast instant for 8-10mins and it was pinching. I was unable to breathe properly. I happened and I took long breath and then it stopped. But again a minute level on the parts were observed. And then it occurred next day on the right side.I took pain killer and it relieved me. Please help.
