I recently had a Celestone shot and within two days I was in the ER with bradycardia, dizziness and the runs. The past three weeks have been not good. While the shot is wearing out of my system and some of the side effects are gone as well, I am now left feeling tired. In case of strong suspicion of DVT is it better to opt for D-dimer test or colour Doppler test first for screening?

I was feeling bit restlessness and pressure in heart so doctor got me checked up with ecg 2d echo and few other tests and other things being normal it show diastolic dysfunction grade 1 a>e

My heart is pounding and when i stand for like ten mins i feel nausea,dizziness and the world around me spining where the lower abdomen and back feels diffrent. When under presure nd my heart is beating fast it feels like its falling outside my body with tastes of blood in my mouth( i feel like i am almost vomiting blood) My chest pains dont really attack my cjest it happens just the lower part of my heart causing pain when breathing
