Sir, I was checking BP on digital machine at my brother place. Following are my readings taken every Sunday. I'm always nervous while taking reading. I jog and walk 5 days a week. Upper reading was always 120 to 130 Below reading: Sunday1: 90 91 90 89 87 Sunday2: 90 90 Sunday3: 93 89 97 93 Do I need to worry about BLOOD PRESSURE Please advise me.

I feel like murmur in chest since last few days ....and I had done my ECG done 3 months ago doctor told everything is normal....and nwit's getting habit of keeping hand on chest and check whether my heart is beating properly or not....do I really have a heart disease symptoms or it is anxiety...

I have been having high BP(140/240) from many years. While having high BP, I am not able to find any difficulty in breathing, headache etc. It means I feel like normal. Therefore, I am not able to understand what isthe problem. I have gone through all tests also and all reports are normal. But, still I want to now the reason because at the end it is extremely dangerous.

My blood pressure used to be 100/70 or say 90/70.but from last 2 weeks it get to be 120/90 sometimes and 110/80 sometimes. Then I consulted a cardiologist and he measured my BP 130/90. I did ECG and echocardiography. Doctor said everything is fine but in the impression of echocardiography there's something like grade I LV diastolic dysfunction and trace AR. What does that mean? Will they get worse and reduce my life span? Or are they curable? Or will go away on there own? Help..

Do hibiscus tea really help in reducing blood pressure permanently by 10mmhg or something like that?

My triglyceride was once 700. Then after few months after high diet control it was 150.and again it was 498 and now it is 238.hoe can I permanently reduce it.
