My Heart rate is 52bpm, PR is 119ms so give suggestions how to improve HR ?

I am not able to breathe properly and reports says that my heart pumps 15% only. Not able to walk on my own

Sir my younger sister had mitral valve replaced surgery she is taking pantids 400 and same drug is not available in market is there any substitute for pentids.
