Sir firstly i have influeza then tonsils then jaundice and constant headache now i fell chest pain with fast heart beat these all problems i feel in four months , so plz reccomend me a correct advise what can i do.

I'm feeling heaviness in the chest since past couple of weeks. The heaviness is  concentrated towards the left side of my chest. I don't feel any sharp pain. I don't have any life style diseases. Apart from the regular heart related reasons like high LDL, triglycerides etc, could this heaviness be a symptom of some other reason like dehydration or vitamin deficiency etc?

I'm 28 years old and have had chest pains for over 12 hours... it hurts to drink anything but it's okay to eat.. I just took a nap for about 3 hours and pain is still there I have a fever and a resting heart beat of 104.. even walking around I feel like I'm carry 100 pounds with me... should I wait it out or see a doctor
