I have needle like pain in left side close to center of the chest. Light tingling in area from left armpit to elbow. Unusual sweating. Heart beats close to average 88. Bp 90,95- 135,140. I can feel my heartbeats as my stomach or belly moves in rhythm with it. Have done stress test and reports were normal , only thing was not able to lower my heartbeats in 3 minutes.
