I just went through normal blood check up of my own the report shows but level 308 and triglycerides 300 else every thing fine I'm alcoholic and smoker but no pain nothing

I've been feeling some discomfort in my chest area, sometimes it turns into chest burn/pain center-left of my chest, followed by leg numbing in the left side

Its been two years and i check. My. Pulse every few. Minutes my pulse is in the 60's 98% of the time sumtimes if it goes to even 80 i will panic and make it go really really fast and end up calling the ambulance.. I have seen 2 different cardiologist. They both have performed ecg, stress test, echocardiogram, holter monitor 4 times for 24hrs and 72hrs, everytime i was told heart is healthy but i cant stop worrying abt it and cant stop checking it.
