I have been nausea, hypotension, fatigue, abdominal pain four months ago after a kick on the middle of chest and emotional shock in the same day. In that time I did echocardiography and appeared normal. But Now I have pain in chest and still fatigue and happen to me something like heart attack. Cold sweat and pain on the chest and hard dizziness and drought and tremors. These symptoms happened Before 2 weeks but I still fear and in that day the rbc count was 4 less than the range of 4.5-6

I've been having heart heart palpitations after eating and skipping beats for two years now i also have muscles ache and asid reflux, i've been taking beta blockers and zoloft and esomeprazole, but it only helped with the palpitations, please help me my heart is skipping beats a lot and i can't take it anymore, it comes every one month maybe and it lasts for over 6 days non-stop.
