My brother has been diagnosed with SEVERE PAH got to know this from echocardiographic study, he is in DELHI and have not informed us about this disease we got to know this from his close friend, please let me know about the disease, Its Treatment, and life expectancy.

Prognosis is poor in severe PAH, and limited treatment options available What was d causes that is important ? If we find correctable cause Prognosis can be made better
