TR Mild with Mild PAH
Respected Sir From past 6 months im suffering from panic attack which make me alot of anxious. im 28 Y male normal health comdition. A few day ago i went to see a doctor he suggest me Echocardiogram and some blood tests including CBC, Cratinine, RBS etc. When I went to Echo i was very affraid at that time and my heart was very fast due to phobia. In the result it was everything normal except TR(Mild) with (Mild) PAH. Can it make any complication? And how to treat it? Please

Trivial or mild TR is seen in nearly 90% of population. But PAH should not be present. Mild PAH is definitely of some concern
