My heart beats are usually faster like 85 bpm, also I sometimes feel that my heart has skipped a beat. Please suggest me what to do

Its bieng like 1 month my heart rate increase and bp increase at the same time lil bit pain as well on the left of my chest

I'm suffering from hypertension. Tried a lot of medicines but suffering from side effects, I'm not tolerating following drugs 1. Calcium channel blockers 2. Beta Blockers 3. Alpha Blockers But tolerating Olmezest 40 H, however this seems to be insufficient. Therefore request to suggest other combination drug along with Omezest H 40

Can i take ATORMAC TG drug for 1 month to reduce my cholesterol level? Recently i tested lipid profile, so my Total cholesterol is 245 Please suggest.

Sir my father fainted yesterday for and has been complaining of cervical pain in his shoulder since long. He is already a patient of diabetes. On checking we found his Blood pressure was completely normal but he was sweating profusely when he got up after fainting. Actually I have been vsd operated in 2002 and told me that soon I touches adulterate age I will be getting healthy . My weight is 54 kg but many of my friend being under weight than me having broad hand and mine hands are too slim like 10 yr kid Currently I am 21 so plz advise does this problem resist for lifetime or I can overcome it.
