I have done a routinr haelth check up and in the report , Trigyclerides is on the higher side

I have left side chest pain. Mostly at one point. Continues to left shoulder and hand

For the past 5 years, I've been having trouble laying down on my left side as it results in a stabbing pain in my chest, behind the left breast. Sometimes the stabbing pain doesn't happen but there is a dull ache. Sometimes throughout the day I get the stabbing pain and breathing makes it worse. Holding my breath for a few seconds makes it go away. Any idea what is wrong? Doctor did EKG and chest xray, everything seemed normal.

I am having acidity problem and heart burning, I ll b getting pain on my chest and left hand had a strange feeling. Is this a major health issue??? I will b having a less sleep. I ll sleep 5-6 hours per day.
