Yesterday my father had terrible pain in left side of chest. My mother massaged him with oil as they are in bihar and its too cold there. The pain was intense yesterday. Today he has pain behind near the shoulder. His left jaw is paining abd his left side of face is swollen. He went through root canal so not sure if the jaw pain is coz of dat.Help plz. He consulted a doctor from manipal n as per his advise taking medicines since last 6 months. But he had terrible pain. No proper medical facilities in bhagalpur. 2 weeks before faced minor heart attack and now have cough most of the time i talk

I am 40 yrs.old. ecg and 2d echo is Norma. Tmt is mildely + for exercise inducible ischemia with a note " during late recovery there were St depression downsloping seen in leads II, III,avf and v-5 - v6

I have an ECG report which I need to get reviewed. I want someone check this report and let me know if there is any problem.

High BP 165/10,normal LP, BS -Fasting, no smoking, alcohol, etc I also do not have anxiety or lifestyle -fast food, sedentary, etc issues
