My wife is having blood pressure of 160/100 in her 9th month of pregnency. She has completed half of the 9th month period. Please let me know if it can cause any issues ? Earlier in 8th month it was around 140. Please help.

Dear sir, I'm 36 yrs old, male. sometimes while driving fast for eg. Above 120km/hr, my heart beat gets faster n I sweat a bit n breathlessness for few seconds. Earlier I hav driven faster than this but I was OK. Since I hav stopped exercising n put on weight I'm facing this problem. Plz suggest me should I take medication r can I control it thru exercising.
