Unable to breathe stomach is bloating when I'm eating small quantity lower abdominal pain getting headache on one side only

I have tricuspid prolapse, Mitro valve prolape, a incomplete right bundle branch block, A very inconsistent heart rate, A lot of palpitations, very great amounts of pressure in my head at times, I can't hardly walk without lossing my breath, I've thought it was mental I had a full check in for three weeks and was discharged without it a mental disorder and my local er will not help. I have a very young daughter I'm so afraid of losing is there anyone that will please help me it might be to late

My mother PT reports are not coming good. He is having areotic vaulve and taking 6mg Medicine still her reports are not coming fine she is suffering from pra lysis as well

My mum has previously complained about a chest tightness and a pain in her left arm. She is insistent that she does not need an ambulance, and will visit her GP tomorrow. Should I force her to see ambulance?

Sir my father had an TMT test and it came out to be positive but while doing ECO and ECG the results were normal , nothing came out to be problematic and he hasn't complaint of any breathing disorder while running or walking....please suggest what to do and reason behind tmt positive?

Last night I drank 4 full red bulls and smoked some weed, my heart rate was 120 per minute, there was the start of bruising on muni chest and it killed and I was so scared that I was going to die, today I went to work, and it’s been hurting a bit and I’ve been out of breath and typing this right now my chest hurts, im 16 and weigh 120 lbs and smoke weed and cigarettes, I also have asthma, my mom won’t drive me to the er to get looked at, I don’t know what to do

It's not my problem , it's my mother's problem she suffers from shortening in breathing , she is a cardiac patient ,she made a cardiac catheterization last year , due to atherosclerosis , I want to know this shortening in breathing is dyspnea or angina P.s I am in the third year in medical school
