Hi my husband is having hearbeat high and left shoulder pain please suggest traetmemt for it and provide necessary medication

My sgpt is 55.8 and sgot 51.2 And triglycerides is 250.9 and vldl cholesterol 50.18

I am aged 37 male. I am diabetic and now had checked my HBA1C is 6.3 and lng is 134. I am facing a typical problem my heart rate is suddenly going up and I feel palpitations and suddenly feel shortness of breath. I consulted doctor and he asked me to stop usage of Sugar tablets. My blood pressure is 140/90. If I am at rest i don't feel palpitations but if I get up and walk suddenly i feel them. Also i am having nerveous weakness at my legs and hands. I always feel that my heart is this situation

Have pinching chest pains, squeezing. Heart rate ranges from 80 to 120.palpitations. The pain happens more in afternoon after meal. But also in evenings. Especially when thinking about something. Even small thoughts cause increase  in heart rate. Slows down after sometime Had multiple ecg ,tmt and echo.all normal till now. Sinus tachycardia is there . I don't  smoke or drink. But having lot of anxiety and fearful thoughts. My cholesterol is 240 and bp is 130/90. Sugar levels are almost normal. Weight is 70 kgs for 5.5" height. I don't eat meat and consume very light veg South rice diet. Why is my chest pain? My chest feels like geyser like hot. It's very disturbing and giving me social complex. I am not married and don't have social life.

My homocysteine level in 65. My age is 28. And i m doin daily excerise walkin 1hr. And takin fruits juice also. What should i take in my diet to low my homocysteine level. I had strted taken folvite mg5 tablet.

I have been suffering from heart palpitation problem for 3 years with pulsating veins in skull on both side,in neck,throat and all over the body. Feeling tightness in head. Problem in passing out stool.

My child has been to the hospital twice and the came up with the diagnosis of respiratory failure pulmonary edema and petechiae and there saying that it was caused by suffocation which is not true is there something else that could have caused it please help
