Acute pain in left chest

Asked for Female, 58 Years

Yesterday my father had terrible pain in left side of chest. My mother massaged him with oil as they are in bihar and its too cold there. The pain was intense yesterday. Today he has pain behind near the shoulder. His left jaw is paining abd his left side of face is swollen. He went through root canal so not sure if the jaw pain is coz of dat.Help plz. He consulted a doctor from manipal n as per his advise taking medicines since last 6 months. But he had terrible pain. No proper medical facilities in bhagalpur. He called up same doc n he advised for ecg. Plz advise. Is there anything to worry? Do u think it could be serious? We have nome apart from him. Plz advise. He will be fine na...
