May age is 30 years , 3 months before I went to hospital for suffering heart burning and they tested and decided B12 (below 50 pg /m), D deficiency (No problem for heart). Doctor given injections for one month and give suggested multi vitamin tannic after that heart burning is clear then 3 months after it’s started again. 1 week before I went to another hospital here tested and the result is cholesterol level range 175 mg/ and triglycerides range 316 rls and they suggest for 6 months

My Blood Pressure is 100 What should i do to increase it . Is lower Blood Pressure is the reason of sleepyness all the time

I am 25 years old. I've been having left side chest pain followed by arm pain and a bit of muscle pulling experience near my left neck area.
