My bp 140/97for the last 2 months.eventhough under medication.Telista40mg -morning and 20 at night.Other tests Ecg,echo,lipid,BUN,S.creatanine are ok. What to do & which doctor need to be consulted for change of medicine

Dear Dr. I am 72 yrs old. I underwent bypass heart surgery 14 yrs back. I am hypertensive and diabetic with medication 1 grm Glycophage, Nebicard, Rosuvas 10 and Clopivas.i do stationary cycle 45 mts per day. Earlier i used to cycle during the day but now off late I do it at night 8pm. Someone told me its better not to strain the heart at night and cycle during the day only. I want your advice on this. Also i want to know timing of my medication ..nebicard in the morning and rosuvas at night. I

I feel palpitations and a thumping feeling in chest often. Whenever this happens I become weak all of a sudden and the whole day I feel this weakness. I am afraid that this may be a problem of Atrial Fibrillation. I already had an ECG got done but the report was normal. But I still feel this thumping feeling. Please help. Thank you in advance. PS: I have gas problem and asthma too.

My blood pressure is normally now normally around 95/63 and sometimes goes to 116/75. Recently I checked and it was at 88/54. What should I do? I am a 17 year old female about 105 pounds.

I am planning to apply for immigration to Canada on PR, and they conduct a medical test to approve immigration. I would like to know that in year 2002 angioplasty was done and one stent was implanted. But I have never ever faced any problem related to heart or anything; neither before angioplasty nor post. Currently I am not taking any medication. So will it cause any problem in getting Canada PR.

Good Morning sir, actually I am having an strong headache,pain in between the shoulder and neck, and a skipping of heartbeat when it happen I can feel the heartbeat in all my upper body. Also a breathing problem like tighting or harding of air pipe. All these problem are very frequent. please guide me.There are various problems also like shakening of hands, anxiety etc. Please, help me my parents are not so concern about it.

Dr. has recommended Cataract Surgery for Left Eye and fixed surgery dt on 11.1.17 He is taking followg medicine for the said disease :Tab Planep T10 =1-0-0; Tab Telsartan 20: 1-0-0; Tab Statix 40 : 0-0-1; Tab Befit: 0-1-0; Tab Deplatt-75 : 0-1-0 ; Tab Jalra 50M : 1-0-1; Tab Rancad-500 :1-0-1; Tab Eurepa 1Mg.:1-1-1; Tab GP2 : 1/2-0-1/2. Advise wh. medicine to be stopped before the surgery dt and how many days before.

I am 16 and I have a problem with my heart. Every so often, randomly, I get a stabbing pain in my heart that can last anywhere between 10 seconds to 2 minutes, though this morning it felt much longer. This has been going on for at least 5 years, but I have never thought too much about it till now, as it has gotten less common perhaps, but the pain is much more severe.
