Heart Problems & Remedies

I am 25 yr old male have been facing trouble in concentration,balance,giddiness accompanied with high bp.I recently had acidity problem about a week ago I was feeling vomiting frequently especially after an hour of meal. My BP always used to get high before visiting the doctor.The doctor started keeping track of my bp which strted with 180/100 in the evening and 150/100 (next day in morning). What would you recommend??

My heart is making this clicking sound when it beats, but it comes and goes.

I am a 19yr old female diagnosed with high blood pressure of 130/100 which initially was upto 150/110 and is reduced by medication of stamalo 5mg and ciplar 10mg. I have a high triglyceride level(177) with 40 hdl level and have pcod for which i used to take pco care and ovuloc which i have stopped for now as my doctor said it increases the blood pressure .What could be the reason for my high blood pressure and how to bring it back to normal . I have reduced salt intake .what else can i do? Also can i go to water slides or any rides or is there any risk involved?

When i stand up everything turns black sometimes i feel my heart beats very fast i have pain in elbow and fingers of my hand i also have stomach problem i also have pain in my back and under neck area there is pain somewhere inside in my back And yes i feel pain in my shoulder and my underarm When i breathe in or uot sometimes i feel pain in upper ribs Sometimes my eys swell and i have alots of dark circles under eye
