And now after 6 months I am having chest pain on and off not able to sleep properly n nights because of discomfort. I don't have cough or fever. My x-ray is also clear. Pls help me with this. Hi, I gave up smoking 4 months ago. After 12 days of giving up smoking, i felt a dizziness and shortness of breath. It felt as if i had a heart attack. Hello, I've been feeling this heavy weight on my chest and my heart rate is fast. I don't feel like I have troubles in breathing but I'm not sure about that.

I have BP on higher side. 7-8 months back it was 100/135 now past 2 week it is 105/160. I visited different doctors for consultation. I have been prescribed medicine Eritel 40mg and Telista AMH.
