Chest pain during running.
Hello. I usually get a sharp discomforting pain in the chest when I begin exercise, running in particular. The terrible pain seems to worsen when I breathe in. However, after some time, the pain cools down and I can continue running without much pain. I am a soccer player, not really professional but I do it for fun and fitness. It happens when I start running for the first time. Am I at risk of a serious heart condition?

This pain is called pleuresi.. its mostly lung related. Practise breathing exercises prior to running.
