Heart Problems & Remedies

I am 46 and am concerned about heart disease. I want to know how to prevent and reverse this in my life. My BP is 135/88, HDL 30, LDL 80, Trig. 150. I had at CT Calcium score of 12. I am taking a BP med, 10mg statin, fish oil, garlic, Vitamin D, Asprin, COq10, etc. I have no family history of heart disease. I have been eating a low fat diet for a long time and was surprised to get a Calcium score of 12? For my age that puts me in the 81% range. What can I do different?

My mother gets heart beat increase suddenly and she also use BP medicine. Local clinic doctor not sure

Is HDL less than 15 and vitamin D deficiency causes heart muscle disease? I feel slight pain in my heart and across the left shoulder also. BP and ECG is normal. LDL and Triglyceride are normal.

Hello my age is 27 male.sometimes when i excercise vigorously my heart beat goes upto 159.i have no other symptoms my resting heart rate is between 60 to 80 beats bpm.is there any problem??i have no history of any other diease.

My BP has always been very high generally above 135. I Recently Noticed my Heart Beating strangly very fast mostly when I'm about to sleep. It has been happened multiple times Then i get up and Heart Rate gets to Normal in a few minutes. I am very scared of these kind of incidents. Are they Dangerous?is it related to my sleeping posture as i sleep upside down. Kindly Prescribe something because such a BP and such heart problems at such age is very odd. Do i need to take any heart tests.

I am having itching problem from last 3 -4 years; once start it lasts for 25-30 days and then reoccurs after 5-6 months. I did IgE test so many times but it comes out to be normal. Rest all blood tests reports are normal This time i did whole body checkup including Hs-CRP for the first time; then i got to know that Hs-CRP level is 6.30 mg/L. Current Problem: itching all over and have pain in my hands. I am wondering which doctor I should consult, and what are the consequences of high HsCRP. Please suggest specialist doctor to consult. I live in Powai, Mumbai.
