Heart Problems & Remedies

I have been having a breathing problemn since 3days.my heart rate 25percentage.

I recently noticed I had a rather fast heart rate than expected about 7 months ago. It stays above 115 even when resting. I notice if I climb even just one flight of stairs I get short of breath and my heart rate goes up even more. I have also been feeling fluttery palpations in my chest, but when I listen with a stethoscope is seems normal sinus just really fast. My friend thought she heard gurgling in my chest a while ago, but I’ve never heard it personally. Should I worry?

I have been having palpitations since lasts one month! My heart beats at normal rate and i dont feel like it is beating fast or skipping a beat but i see the palpitations on my throat. Only the pulsation i see i cant even feel!

I am feeling in my chest from last few days. Slight gas and pain in both the hands. But no pain in chest or back

Sir/ madam, i am 40 years old. When i went to a doctor for back pain, he asked some symptoms related heart. And i told i am ssuffering those symptoms for padt 4 years. He suggested for ecg comes normal and further 2d echo. Thats also comes normal and blood tests like hameogram, lipid profe, suger test thyroid, urine everything comes Normal. Still doctor said that do tmt. It is needed? Kindly suggest me.

I had very strong heart palpitations and felt like I was suffocating for the few seconds it lasted. Now, hours later, my chest hurts, I'm very fatigued, and I feel short of breath.

Concor 2.5 mg Tab Valtec 40mg Tab Loprin 75mg Tab vastarel M/R Cap Novoteph 40mg Syp Mucaine Cap Evion 400mg Tab Methycobal Tab Rivotril 0.5mg Tab Lipiget But SGPT is 263 Is it alarming????? What to do or what medicines be used????

I have felt a sudden pain in my chest after lunch. It lasts for some 30 seconds or so. Both times I did not drink water after lunch. It feels like someone is pinching my heart. What could be the reason?
