Sir my age is 29 and in recent general medical checkup’s I found my blood pressure is high and I started the medicines immediately and now it was came down to 120/80 the medicine was (Amlovas 5mg).daily Can I do heavy exercises or I have to stick to moderate exercises only

Sir my age is 29 recently in general checkup I found my blood pressure is high,I started medicines immediately and now it was under control(120/80).is it right to start medicines immediately or firstly we have to change some lifestyle modifications and then start the medicines.which one is correct

Gooday doctors, right now am on medications as prescribed by my docor which includes diclofenac potassium 50mg,renerve plus and cocodamol all to be taken under 10days. but i feel somthing might be wrong beacuse last night after i took all medications as prescribed,after two hours or so my heartbeat increased for some seconds. i was then so scared of falling asleep. Please help me. although i do have asthma in the past before this medication. Thank you doctors.

Hello, I ran for the first time in a while today. I have recently been very out of shape and have not exercised enough in the past couple of months. Today I lifted with my friend for under an hour, drove 30 min home, and ran 2 miles with my dog. After I ran, I saw my max heartbeat was 160, which I believe is normal, but it has remained extremely high for hours, ranging from 110 to around 85. Around 20 min ago it went back to normal. (This is all based on my fitbit).
