I feel chest discomfort with mild pain.and also have pain in back side and left hand . ECG and BP are normal. Cholesterol levels s. cholesterol 247/ HDL 157 please advise me to find a better treatment

The 2D Echocardiography reports states as follows: IMPRESSION: ISGHEMIC HEART DISEASE Comments: RWMA AT REST LV SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION LVEF = 50% TYPE II DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION NO PERICARDIAL EFFUSION NO MR,NO TR NO CLOT/VEGETATION The doctor is insisting we go for an angiography. I would like a second opinion before going for it.

Hi, I am 29, I was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse 10 years back, I generally feel it doesn’t affect me so did not take any medications, but again I am having the same symptoms after 10 years, I feel faint sometimes, blurred vision, feel anxious though I am calm, would appreciate it if u let me know if I need to get it checked again

I 23 years old. before this i admitted because of sepsis 3 years ago.after that i frequnt feel sob and chest pain.

My cholestrol is above 245 mg.i have digestion problems.i have pain at my chest .i got difficulties in smoking.

My total cholestrol is 240 & triglysrides is 175 do i need any cholestrol lowering drug

Full body check up results showed elevated cholestrol levels - Total Cholestrol - 265; LDL - 184 and non- HDL Cholestrol - 217.1. Please recommend if any statins need to be started. Else. what lifestyle changes are required?
